Friedman roots elevator

Almost all impacted lower third molars can be handled with this Friedman elevator that, applied from above in the gap produced by bone resection, dislocates the tooth upward and backward. Third molar cut and removal of fragment with the Friedman elevator (double mirror + Friedman).
